Individual Therapy

We’ll work together one-on-one to help you understand your BFRB, get clarity in your life, and develop alternatives so you can finally learn to ditch your BFRB.
You don’t just need any therapist. You need a therapist who specializes in BFRBs. We specialize in helping people cope with a BFRB depression, and anxiety.
Libby uses a variety of therapeutic strategies including Habit Reversal Training (HRT) for BFRBs, Cognitive Behavioral (CBT), Dialectic Behavioral (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment (ACT), trauma-informed, Motivational Interviewing, Coaching, & more.
Group Therapy
Groups are a POWERFUL tool against BFRB’s.

Rates with the Space:
Making Treatment Accessible
Treatment is a commitment to ourselves, and the BFRB Club wants to make treatment as accessible as possible.
$150 for Individual sessions
$75 for group sessions
Couples and Family Sessions TBD
Workshops TBD
Can I use health insurance?
Health Insurance typically covers individual, group, couples and family sessions. Insurance typically does not cover workshops. Services will only be covered by Insurance in New York State at this time. If you like outside of New York State, you may be able to work with us by paying for services on your own.
Libby currently accepts insurances including Aetna, Oxford, United Healthcare, Oxford, & Optum
Some insurances also offer Out of Network Benefits, where they will reimburse you a portion of the fees.
What if I don’t have those insurances?
There are several options:
Out of Network Benefits (OON): To learn if your insurance offers OON, please find your Insurance’s “Benefits Summary” or call your insurance.
